pdftocal.com provides an online tool that uses Artificial Intelligence to extract calendar events from user-uploaded documents (such as PDFs and images) and generates an ICS calendar file. The accuracy of the extraction is not guaranteed and may vary based on the format and quality of the uploaded document.
You are responsible for the documents you upload. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, infringes on any third-party rights, or contains malicious code. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the extracted event information before importing it into your calendar.
To access certain features, such as payment and conversion history, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service requires a one-time payment to download the generated ICS file. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not offer refunds once a payment has been made and a download has been provided.
We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated intellectual property rights. You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results of using the service will be accurate or reliable.
In no event shall pdftocal.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
